Favorite Food Friday: French Pastries

If you’ve ever had a pastry from the bakery in France at Epcot, you know they are amazing! It’s been years since I’ve had one; so long in fact that I barely remember it and couldn’t even tell you what I ordered. But I do remember it being absolutely delicious! Knowing me, it was probably some sort of chocolate pastry similar to the one pictured in the photo above.

Now, if this pastry was so delicious, why haven’t I had one in years?! Honestly, it probably has something to do with my love, ok maybe the correct word is addiction, to Mickey ice cream bars. On my next trip to Epcot, I plan on stopping by the bakery for another delicious pastry!

Do you have a favorite French pastry? Let me know which one I should try on my next trip in the comments below!

  • I’ve never gotten a French pastry – but we have enjoyed the ones in Norway. This is on my bucket list!

  • Hmm I remember having a fruit topped one, maybe Parfait aux Fruits. Whatever it was it was amazing. But it take a lot to push the Mickey bar aside, I know. Thanks for sharing and linking up this week!

    • That sounds good too! Maybe I’ll have to get a chocolate one and a fruit one for my husband and I to split next time. 🙂

  • Pain au Chocolat! aka the chocolate croissant. I ate those for breakfast every morning when I visited France in college and those are exactly the same as in France.

  • The new Raspberry Macarons are amazing. I’m also partial to the eclairs. 🙂

    • Yum! Those sound delicious! I love eclairs too. I think I might have to make a few visits to the bakery in France! 🙂

  • V No Privacy

Ooooh so yum! I will have one of each please!
